Job Seekers - What to Expect:

  1. Within 1 week of registration, an NC4ME Case Manager will reach out to collect additional information, including a professional resume.
  2. Roughly 1 week before the event, you will receive a schedule of interviews for open jobs that match you knowledge, skills, and interests.
  3. On the day of the event, you should arrive ready to interview for open positions.

By registering for this Hiring Event, I commit to:

  1. Provide full and accurate information during the registration process to ensure a great match
  2. Be responsive via email and by phone, especially in the weeks leading up to the hiring event
  3. Arrive prepared for each scheduled interview, having researched the company(ies) that you will be interviewing with and prepared to respond to interview questions about how your skillset fits the needs of the open position

Employers- What to Expect:

  1. Within 1 week of registration, an NC4ME Case Manager will reach out to collect additional information on your hiring needs
  2. Roughly 2 weeks before the event, you will receive a list of interviews scheduled with qualified military candidates for each registered position.
  3. On the day of the event, your hiring team(s) should arrive at the event ready to interview and hire qualified military talent. 

By registering for this Hiring Event, I commit to:

  1. Register open jobs for the event,
  2. Arrive ready to conduct interviews for registered positions
  3. Be responsive via email and by phone in the weeks leading up to the event
  4. Provide information on interview success rates prior to leaving the hiring event and subsequently as follow-on interviews are completed and final decisions made
